Position Summary

Are you a detailed professional with a passion for email marketing? Blue Ocean Enterprise is seeking a talented Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo Expert) to join our dynamic team. This role will have a direct impact on customer acquisition and business growth.

The mission for this role is to develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns that drive revenue and engagement for our e-commerce products. The ideal candidate will bean expert in Klaviyo, with a solid understanding of segmentation, automation, and data analysis. This person should be able to meet tight deadlines while also having a strong sense of creativity and attention to detail that make their campaigns stand out.

As an EmailMarketing Manager, you will work directly with the Creative Strategist and other team members to craft compelling email content and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Email Campaigns: Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including promotional, transactional, and lifecycle emails.

• Segmentation  and Personalization: Utilize customer data to segment audiences and create personalized email content that resonates with different customer segments
• Automation: Set up and  optimize automated email workflows, such as welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, and send times.
• Analytics  and Reporting: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using Klaviyo's analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to improve     future campaigns
• List  Management: Maintain and grow our email list, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with email marketing regulations.
• Increased  Revenue: Drive significant revenue growth through effective email marketing campaigns.
• Customer  Retention: Enhance customer engagement and retention by delivering relevant and timely email content.
• Email Performance: Achieve high open and click-through rates, and improve overall email deliverability and engagement metrics.
• Optimized Automations:  Implement efficient and high-performing email automations.

Requirements

• Klaviyo Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Klaviyo,  including campaign setup, segmentation, automation, and analytics.
• Email Marketing Best Practices: Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including design, copywriting, and deliverability.‍
• Creativity: Innovative mindset to create engaging and visually appealing email content. Design skills in Canva or Photoshop is a must.‍
• Attention to Detail: Flawless in campaign execution and list management. No errors (wrong URLs, etc.).‍
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.‍
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Analytical     Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize email performance. Also be able to fill in data reports in great detail. ‍
• Research: Able to reverse engineer what is working for competitors and derive a working strategy/design for us.
